PLEASE JOIN OUR GROUP AND HELP GET JIMMY ON THE UNDATABLES

Hi everyone

it has been very mixed reactions with regards to the undateables - we did apply but sadly they said that they could not use him due to the fact that he is not vocal and they could not really see how he would work in a tv/filming

environment

This i can understand but i thought that this program was all about how hard it can be for people with disabilities to find a partner.

And the more i have thought about this and the more i have spoken to other people, the more annoyed i have got!

i have messaged channel 4 and the sun newspaper but i have heard nothing

For those of you that know Jimmy his loss of hearing and sight would not really be a problem and myself or Claire would interpret and voice over

Jimmy wants nothing more in this world than to find a partner, so i have decided to make this group for people to join and support jimmy, i want this to be a nice group and not negative towards channel 4 or the undatables
i want it to be our positive messages on here that hopefully help them to change there mind and bring them some awareness to them with regards to Deaflindness

Hello jj we been talking about people that talk differently some people cannot speak because some deaf people can sign and some can write also some disabled people can write or type on computer to help them talk because i can type and sign same as deaf people so can you tell the people on the tv about these different people that is it for now text me back love jimmy xx

PLEASE VOTE FOR LISA RILEY

Here is Jimmy's good luck message to Lisa for strictly 2012

I first worked with Lisa many many years ago during pantomime in Halifax

She was the fairy godmother and i was an ugly sister

Lisa first me Jimmy when she was in Peterborough

performing at the Key Theatre in "The Naked Truth"

Since then - he has fallen in love!

he absolutley adores lisa, and any chance we get to see her - we are there

Whilst we was away at Christmas i saw a poster for calender girls

(which took some explaining)

Lisa kindly organised and funded some tickets for us so we could go and see her in Leicester

This is Jimmy pretending to be lisa!

after he was some what inspired by calender girls

We will be supporting Lisa through strictly

and we hope that you can to

she has been a huge inspiration to Jimmy, and a very good friend

i will keep jimmy up to date with lisa's progress - as he will want to know

Long Nose Puppets - Penguin - 8th sept 2012

Ben is delighted when he rips open his present, inside is a penguin. “Hello Penguin!” says Ben. Penguin says nothing. Ben tickles Penguin; he pulls his funniest face; he puts on a happy hat, sings a silly song and does a dizzy dance.
Penguin says nothing.. so Ben fires Penguin into Outer Space, Penguin comes back to earth without a word!
It isn’t until a passing lion intervenes that Penguin finally speaks…and when he does, Ben discovers something that was really worth the wait.
Penguin is exiting, surreal and full of surprises. The lively songs by Tom Gray of Gomez will have everyone joining in!
It’s a spectacular theatre experience for all ages
