The Amazing Adventures of Pinocchio January 2013

We recently went to see
Strange Faces production of Pinocchio with Jimmy

The company was amazing and made time for us 1 hour before the show to allow Jimmy
to have a touch tour of Masks,props, puppets and sets.

This in the real world is how it should be done, as it allows jimmy to link the things he has touched with the story, when i am telling it.
Creating a clearer image in his head of whats going on

Jimmy loved the story - he had not heard it before
and managed to stay awake all the way through!
(communication sometimes tires him out)

he loved the naughty boy! and the fact that they turned into donkeys!

Jimmy has been learning about south africa

and will hopefully soon be meeting up with a lady i met through myspace who used to live there, so while we was in London i took him to the south African food shop to educate him a little

The man asked if jimmy would like to try some Billtong (which he said yes to before he even knew what it was!)

which to our suprise...

he loved it and wanted to buy some!

even claire tried some

sadly i wasnt brave enough as it scares me a little!

Maybe if id of had time to tell jimmy what it looked like he may not have tried it?

I took too long to buy lunch so jimmy ate half of his billtong whilst he waited!
